Qualification: Any Graduate with minimum 50% and above aggregate score from a recognized university.

Experience: 0 - 4 year(s) of BPO / KPO / Non BPO / Finance Service Industry.

Annual Salary: Best in Industry

Job Location: Chennai

Key skills for Process Associate:
*Candidate should have experience for Process Associate 0 - 2 year(s).
*Candidate must experience knowledge on BPO / B2C / Manufacturing industry Preferably B2B Collections. 

*Candidate good knowledge on communication skills. 

*Knowledge on Fair working in MS Office 

*Flexible to work in any shifts. 

*Candidate must oral & written knowledge of Level 5 & Above. 

*The Above skills all of 1/4 knowledge is must.

Key skills for Senior Process Associate:
*Candidate must experience in 2 - 4 years. 

*Candidate should be experience in BPO / Call Centre industry preferably B2B or B2C Collections 

*Candidate must oral & written knowledge of Level 6 & Above in English speaking skills 

*Candidate interacting / Calling with customers (Voice based US / UK Customers) 

*Confident, Assertive and Good thought process.
